As a founding member of the industry leading "Weddings Victoria" group, my team and I have been at the forefront, working with state government & health experts. Planning for the return of weddings in Victoria, and ensuring that we can do so safely, effectively, all while being able to continue to celebrate the way you should at a milestone event like Wedding.
Multiple Microphones
We are using multiple microphone during each event. Your DJ/MC will be using only one microphone that is not used by anyone else.
We will have a 2nd (and sometimes 3rd) microphone available for you and your guests speeches. These microphone will be on stands to avoid contact where possible.
We have 1000's of unique discreet microphone ball covers that will be changed between each speaker and the microphones will also be quickly and discreetly wiped between each speaker.
Our teams will be strictly adhering to cleaning protocols before, during and after events.
Face Masks
Face masks are an essential element in fighting Covid-19, Our team will be wearing facemasks when ever requested or required, fro when we arrive to set-up, until we have finished packing up at the end of the night.
This includes DJs, Photobooth staff and other event staff.
Our masks are approved 3 layers masks, custom made for my Wedding Sounds team. We have both branded and non-branded masks.
Photobooths and Props
All our photobooth props and equipment at properly cleaned and sanitised before, during and after each booking. All props will receive multiple cleans during events. This may reduce the rotation of some props in-between groups. We consider safety to be our No. 1 priority in these times.
Our Photobooth staff have received new special training to make our photobooth as contact free as possible.
Our COVID Safe Plan will be available to your venue and we will co-ordinate with them to help keep your event safe.
During your event our DJs and MCs will be providing friendly reminders about the DHHS recommendations and your venue’s COVID safe requirements. Such as social distancing, and facemasks while on the dancefloor. These will help to keep everyone stay safe and ensure your night runs as smooth as possible.
As a celebrant I will require the name and contact information of all guests present to be collect prior to the big day. My team and I will also be collecting a full contact list from your venue/wedding co-ordinator to ensure we are able to respond quacking if a contact issue occurs. Details will be held for 38 days, then destroyed in accordance with the privacy act.
